Me
Hi, my name is Terry Tambakakis and I am passionate
about health & fitness and enjoy being involved in this
dynamic, fun and rewarding industry. My enthusiasm for
health & fitness also extends to my personal sporting
pursuits including my participation in Bodybuilding,
Martial Arts, Combat Sports, and General Fitness.
I love the thrill of taking on new challenges and
achieving the goals that I set for myself

I can develop an appropriate realistic training
program specific to your needs. I will then coach you
through the various aspects of each of the activities in
the program to ensure you get the maximum benefit and
value from your training sessions.
The areas I can assist you with range from General
Fitness, Weight Loss-control, Strength, Endurance
Training, Bodybuilding, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Martial
Arts or Sports Specific Training.
I can help you achieve your health, fitness and
body image goals

My motivation comes from my drive to help others in
achieving their goals. My background and qualifications
in Fitness and the Martial Arts have given me the
valuable skills and knowledge to assist you in achieving
your goals.
My motivation is infectious and I know I can
influence your motivation and provide a positive
training environment for you
