Hi, my name is Terry Tambakakis and I am passionate about health & fitness and enjoy being involved in this dynamic, fun and rewarding industry. My enthusiasm for health & fitness also extends to my personal sporting pursuits including my participation in Bodybuilding, Martial Arts, Combat Sports, and General Fitness.

How I can help you

I can develop an appropriate realistic training program specific to your needs. I will then coach you through the various aspects of each of the activities in the program to ensure you get the maximum benefit and value from your training sessions.
The areas I can assist you with range from General Fitness, Weight Loss-control, Strength, Endurance Training, Bodybuilding, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Martial Arts or Sports Specific Training.

Martial Arts Teacher: 2nd Degree Black Belt – Sensei (20yrs)
Kick Boxing/Muay Tai Teacher: Black Singlet (Level 5)
Natural Body Building: Mr Victoria Class Winner (ANB 2004)
First Aid: Certificate in Advanced Life Support (2007)
